About the event
Australian wines are known for their diversity, shaped by everything from cool coastal climates to warm inland regions. You’ll find vibrant Rieslings, textured Chardonnays, and expressive reds like Shiraz, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon, all with a strong sense of place. We’ll begin the evening with a sparkling wine from Tasmania, cool-climate, crisp, and elegant, followed by 3 courses paired with wine.
